  PhD Professor Andrea Pujol

  Full Professor, Chair of Occupational Psychology, UNC

  Associate Researcher, Center for Research in Training and Development at Work, National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris

  She is a PhD in Social Studies of Latin America (Sociology), Graduate and Professor in Psychology from the UNC and works as Professor of the Chair of Labor Psychology and as Researcher of the Faculty of Psychology of the National University of Córdoba.

  She also works as Director of the Specialization Career in Work Psychology and Organizations of the Faculty of Psychology and as a postgraduate teacher, in the Masters in Economic Development and in the Management of Science, Technology and Innovation of the UNGS and in the Master of Science in Engineering of the Faculty of Exact Sciences of the UNC, in topics related to the management of innovation processes in various institutions, companies and networks.

  In the field of research, he currently directs the project "Subjective construction of work quality: senses and knowledge in the deployment of the activity" financed by the Secretary of Science and Technology of the National University of Córdoba, coordinates the Research Center in Organizational Innovation and Work, from the Faculty of Psychology of the UNC and integrates the CRTD-CNAM of Paris as Associate Researcher.

  She develops university extension activities as Coordinator of the Technical Assistance Program on Employment Quality, Training and Occupational Development of the National University of Córdoba, directing community outreach projects, university extension and knowledge transfer to institutions in the field. She is also a member of the RIPSIT (Ibero-American Network for the Promotion of Comprehensive Safety at Work) of the Ibero-American Program of Science and Technology for Development, from which she develops activities to promote occupational health. She has served as an evaluator in the Bank of Extension Evaluators for the UNC in the period 2009-2013.

  In the professional field, she has more than thirty years of experience in consulting and training. She specializes in technological and organizational innovation processes, has provided international technical assistance services, and has accompanied numerous organizational development processes in public, private, and third-sector organizations.

Currently Professor and Director of Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Psychology of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. Senior Researcher, Minciencias Colombia Classification. Director of the Research Group "Critical Studies of Organizations and Work", Classification "A" MInciencias.

  PhD Professor Maria Elizabeth Antunes Lima

  He graduated in Psychology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1977), master's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1986), PhD in Labor Sociology from the University of Paris IX (Paris-Dauphine) (1992) and post-doctorate in Activity Clinic by the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers - CNAM (Paris-France). She is a Full Professor based at the Federal University of Minas Gerais where she works in the Work Psychology area, with an emphasis on Work Mental Health, mainly researching the following topics: occupational therapy, work psychopathology and work safety.

  PhD Professor Carlos Eduardo Carrusca

  Postdoctoral degree in Psychology by the Graduate Program in Psychology (PPG-Psi) at PUC Minas

  Doctor and Master in Psychology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG)

  He is a professor at the Graduate Program in Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology at PUC Minas and develops studies in Occupational Psychology, covering the political, psychosocial, ergonomic and organizational dimensions of work. He is the author of the books "Traumas at Work - a new reading of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder" (Editora Juruá, 2014), "Harassment: from moral to psychosocial - unraveling the enigmas of work organization" (Editora Juruá, 2008), "The daily life of security guards: work, health and illness" (org. and author) (Fumarc editor, 2010).

  PhD Professor Francisco de Paula Antunes Lima

  Full Professor at the Department of Production Engineering at UFMG, where he coordinated the Ergonomics Laboratory, and the specialization courses in Occupational Safety engineering and the specialization course in ergonomics.

  Member of the editorial board of the Brazilian Journal of Occupational Health and editor of the Human Confiability series, at Editora Fabrefactum.

  Currently develops research and consultancy in the areas of health and work, work safety, ergonomics of new technologies and solidarity economy.

  Adviser to the Public Ministry of Labor on issues related to occupational health and consultant to several public and private service and industrial companies.

  Labor Tax Auditor

  Coordinator of the Project for Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Labor Market of the Ministry of Labor in MG, Coordinator of the Project for Inclusion of People with Psychosocial Disabilities in Belo Horizonte, specialist in Labor Law, active in the inspection of legal quotas for the work of people with disabilities and rehabilitated since 2001.

  PhD Professor Antônia Vitória Soares Aranha

  She holds a degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1979), a Master's in Education from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1993) and a PhD in Education: History, Politics, Society from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000). In July 2016, she completed her Post-Doctorate at the PPFH Program at UERJ. She was Deputy Director of FAE (2002-2006) and Director of that institution (2006-2010). She was pro-rector of graduation at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, member of the cepe of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, is a full professor (tenured) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, was president of the academic council of copeve at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, member member of the ufmg board of directors at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and president of the graduation chamber at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2010-2014). She was the first coordinator of the Center for Studies on Work and Education (1995) and is currently part of the Political research, Work and Human Formation. She is current coordinator of the Specialization Course for technical-administrative servants at UFMG (GIFES). She has experience in the area of Education, with an emphasis on Work and Education, working mainly on the following topics: professional training, work and education, labor market, worker subjectivity and educational management.

  PhD Professor Lecy Rodrigues Moreira

  Graduated in Psychology from Fundação Mineira de Educação e Cultura (1977). Psychoanalyst (Institute of Psychoanalytic Studies -IEPSI. Specialization in Clinical Psychology (Federal Psychology Council), Relational Psychomotricity (André Lapierre, Mauro Vecchiato and Marta Gonzalez Menendez) and New Technologies in Education and Training (UNI BH). Master's in Technology from the Center Federal Institute of Technological Education of Minas Gerais (2000). Doctorate in Psychology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2013). Retired Professor at UNA University Center (2001-2019).   PhD Professor Lecy Renata Bastos Ferreira

  Occupational psychologist and ergonomist from UFMG, Master in Ergonomics and PhD in Education (UFMG and CNAM). She is currently a professor of Work Psychology and Ergonomics at the IFMG campus Ouro Preto. She acts as a consultant in Worker's Mental Health, providing services in the labor courts and in medium and large companies. She worked as a work psychologist for 7 years in an industrial automation company.

  PhD Professor Rosângela Maria de Almeida Camarano Leal

  He holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (1982), a Master's in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2000) and a PhD in Information Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2008). She is currently Full Professor at the Department of Psychology at the Federal University of São João Del-Rei. He has experience in the area of Work Psychology, researching topics related to the relationship between work and health, mental disorders at work, the relationship between work and alcoholism, occupational health, overload and job satisfaction, focusing on the theoretical-methodological framework of activity ergonomics and the activity clinic. She also works and develops research at the Distance Learning Center related to the tutors' work activity and man-machine interaction.

  PhD Professor Carolyne Reis Barros

  Adjunct Professor at the Department of Psychology at the Federal University of Minas Gerais
