This edition focuses on studies, research, and interventions in Occupational Psychology and wants to bring together researchers, students, and professionals interested in the multidisciplinarity and transversality of the event theme. Decolonialism, Affirmative Actions, diversity assistance policies; work analysis and intervention methodologies; Mental Health and the diagnosis of work situations; subjectivity, moral harassment, exclusion, and human rights are shed light on topics. In addition to the Conferences and Round Tables, the event will feature short courses and presentations of papers in the form of Working Groups and Posters.

Maria Elizabeth Antunes LimaThe first version translated into Portuguese of the book Worker Experience, Class Consciousness and Work Psychology by Ivar Oddone and collaborators will be launched at the II Symposium on Practices and Research in Psychology at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Minas Gerais. It is a classic of Work Psychology originally published in Italy in 1977. The Portuguese version produced by Fabrefactum publishing house was developed under the coordination of Daisy Cunha, Francisco de Paula Antunes Lima and Maria Elizabeth Antunes Lima.

PhD Professor Andrea Pujol
Full Professor, Chair of Occupational Psychology, UNC
Associate Researcher, Center for Research in Training and Development at Work, National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris
She is a PhD in Social Studies of Latin America (Sociology), Graduate and Professor in Psychology from the UNC and works as Professor of the Chair of Labor Psychology and as Researcher of the Faculty of Psychology of the National University of Córdoba.
She also works as Director of the Specialization Career in Work Psychology and Organizations of the Faculty of Psychology and as a postgraduate teacher, in the Masters in Economic Development and in the Management of Science, Technology and Innovation of the UNGS and in the Master of Science in Engineering of the Faculty of Exact Sciences of the UNC, in topics related to the management of innovation processes in various institutions, companies and networks.
In the field of research, he currently directs the project "Subjective construction of work quality: senses and knowledge in the deployment of the activity" financed by the Secretary of Science and Technology of the National University of Córdoba, coordinates the Research Center in Organizational Innovation and Work, from the Faculty of Psychology of the UNC and integrates the CRTD-CNAM of Paris as Associate Researcher.
She develops university extension activities as Coordinator of the Technical Assistance Program on Employment Quality, Training and Occupational Development of the National University of Córdoba, directing community outreach projects, university extension and knowledge transfer to institutions in the field. She is also a member of the RIPSIT (Ibero-American Network for the Promotion of Comprehensive Safety at Work) of the Ibero-American Program of Science and Technology for Development, from which she develops activities to promote occupational health. She has served as an evaluator in the Bank of Extension Evaluators for the UNC in the period 2009-2013.
In the professional field, she has more than thirty years of experience in consulting and training. She specializes in technological and organizational innovation processes, has provided international technical assistance services, and has accompanied numerous organizational development processes in public, private, and third-sector organizations.

She holds a degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1979), a Master's in Education from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1993) and a PhD in Education: History, Politics, Society from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000). In July 2016, she completed her Post-Doctorate at the PPFH Program at UERJ. She was Deputy Director of FAE (2002-2006) and Director of that institution (2006-2010). She was pro-rector of graduation at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, member of the cepe of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, is a full professor (tenured) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, was president of the academic council of copeve at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, member member of the ufmg board of directors at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and president of the graduation chamber at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2010-2014). She was the first coordinator of the Center for Studies on Work and Education (1995) and is currently part of the Political research, Work and Human Formation. She is current coordinator of the Specialization Course for technical-administrative servants at UFMG (GIFES). She has experience in the area of Education, with an emphasis on Work and Education, working mainly on the following topics: professional training, work and education, labor market, worker subjectivity and educational management.

She is currently a professor of Work Psychology and Ergonomics at the IFMG campus Ouro Preto. She acts as a consultant in Worker's Mental Health, providing services in the labor courts and in medium and large companies. She worked as a work psychologist for 7 years in an industrial automation company.

He holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (1982), a Master's in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2000) and a PhD in Information Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2008). She is currently Full Professor at the Department of Psychology at the Federal University of São João Del-Rei. He has experience in the area of Work Psychology, researching topics related to the relationship between work and health, mental disorders at work, the relationship between work and alcoholism, occupational health, overload and job satisfaction, focusing on the theoretical-methodological framework of activity ergonomics and the activity clinic. She also works and develops research at the Distance Learning Center related to the tutors' work activity and man-machine interaction.
